A NEW ADVENTURE is the title for our appreciative inquiry workshop as part of the Vitality Pathway. We will be doing appreciative inquiry interviews with one another during the next few weeks. This last workshop will be the more tangible next steps, as we decide together at that workshop what will closely resemble a strategic plan (and all the strategists said “amen”). This plan of next steps will be written down based on where we feel the Holy Spirit is guiding us. This “plan” will not be iron clad until the end of Headwaters’ life on this earth, but instead, it will inform our next steps as we seek to and continue to be a vital, dynamic group of people in vital, dynamic relationship with God.
