HEADWATERS LIVE WORSHIP PLAN

Thanks Headwaters family for your faithfulness and patience during this unique season as we make our way toward in-person worship service.

Phase 1: Testing the Water
The plan is to begin live worship with significant restrictions, while continuing to offer an online participation in worship via our YouTube channel. As you know technical things may occur so please be patient with us as we learn and figure out how to manage both of these well. We want to begin this weekend

Sunday, July 12 @ 10:00am.
This live service will be quite different than normal worship, so please be patient as this will not be an automatic back-to-what-it-used-to-be kind of thing. If you are planning on joining us for live worship please read through the list below. We highly encourage wearing masks and have some at the church if you need one – for adults and kids. We also have lots of hand sanitizer available and have plans or changes to reduce points of contact and cleaning protocols to keep everyone safe. At this time we will not be offering the nursery nor sensory room or coffee and snacks. We will be doing tithes, meet and greet and Eucharist differently. If you choose to participate in fellowship following the service we would ask that you do so outside to make exits clear of traffic.

IF YOU ARE NOT PLANNING ON BEING HERE AND WOULD STILL LIKE A WORSHIP BAG DELIVERED TO YOUR HOUSE, PLEASE LET PASTOR SETH KNOW!

Phase 2: Navigating Further Up and Further in The New Normal
(TBD)

Phase 3: Eventually We Will Back Together with No Restrictions
(TBD)

PLEASE HELP US KEEP EACH OTHER WELL
In our commitment to maintain safety for all of us at Headwaters Covenant Church, we request that you:

  • Maintain 6 feet from others as much as possible.
  • Greet each other maintaining this space and without touch. Please gather outside to share in fellowship.
  • Door will be propped open as much as possible to reduce common areas of touch.
  • Avoid touching surfaces that are not necessary.
  • You are highly encouraged to wear a face mask particularly while singing and talking to others. We have masks in all sizes at the church.
  • Please be with us via Live Stream at home if you are feeling at all ill. Consider taking your temperature prior to attending services as a screening precaution.

Understand that these requests are for the safety and wellness of everyone in the hope that we can continue to gather in person.
